I booked with another company and already paid a deposit ($150). No one showed up on the day we schedule or called!!! I called them and they said no one is available to do it and the only ones they have are more expensive!!!! Initially I booked for $795 !! When I asked why they gave me $795 price and the answer I got was that was the RECOMMENDED rate!!!! What a crooks!!! I canceled immediately and disputed my charge with the bank.
I called around and I got to Maria from AA car transport.
First, you can tell you got to the right place.... She gave me a lot of information about how the car transport process goes and quoted me $1095. Even though the price was more then I planned , I did not take the risk and go through a bad transport broker again...
Second, I did some research on them and they have very good reviews except of one... I can live with that ( the other broker had 1 good review and the rest all very bad- didn't do my research the first time).
Third, Maria who understood my situation arranged for a carrier first, made sure my car was picked up and only then charged my card as we agreed. It's not there regular policy but she was willing to ease my mind.
I will never choose a company for anything without researching them first ever again and the say cheap cost a lot is very true!!!

Thank you Nidia, I am happy it all worked out as you wanted in the end. Unfortunately, there are brokers out there that are just about taking your money. Not all of us are like that and I am thanking you for giving us the opportunity to correct the bad taste you had from your previous broker.
