Tony was very pleasant to talk to, helpful and very informative. I emailed Tony my documents that he required and I had a ship/pick-up date in two days. The car was delivered in five days, Door-to-Door, hassle free! Pick up time was at 10:00 am and the car was on the truck before 10:30 am; and the driver who picked up the vehicle was early, effecient and also very pleasant. The person who rec'd the vehicle had no complaints, no damages to the vehicle and also pleased with the service on their end. I had never shipped a vehicle before and it wasn't only the price that sold me on this company, it was the fact that I was always able to reach someone on the phone to assist me with all my questions and concerns. Real customer service you know, I can appreciate that. Thanks AA-Automovers, your service was excellent and well needed.
