My move over the Holiday Weekend

I contacted Brian on November 11th to have my vehicle moved. After the paperwork was processsed it was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday the 21st. Due to unpredicted weather and the highways had been shut down between California and Las Vegas, NV the driver stayed in constant contact until he arrived Sunday morning. He wss courtesy and informitive of his driving schedule. I received a phone call Tuesday evening the 24th around 10:30 pm from the driver annoucing he had arrived across the State line and could still deliver the vehicle that night. After further discussion we agreed to make that delivery the following morning. Arizonia, Texas and the southern region of the US had one of the worst storms in years and the driver drove right through. I was amazed. When my vehicle arrived there was no damage and the driver was very professional and polite. Thank you for making move a happy experience when I had read so many negitives of traveling. Brian the AA Movers Rep is to be commended. He went that extra mile to make sure I was informed of everything.
