I am very impressed by the service of AA Automovers.com. This is my first auto move ever. Brian O'Neil, my customer rep, kept following up on my initial request until I finally broke down and chose this company from the dozens who answered my quote request. He never gave me the hard sell, but just the facts. I was fortunate to be in the position of being flexible as to time, but I was still surprised when he hooked me up with a carrier for the very next day after my call. The driver was on time and careful, and to my surprise, he delivered the car exactly on the day promised, across the country a mere 6 days after pickup. I couldn't be more satisfied. We have all become resigned to inferior service and less-than-honest sales people, so I'm happy to report that such was not my experience.
