All carrier insurance policies require proof that damage occurred during transit. This is to protect the carrier and the customer against fraud - you know - trying to get a pre-existing damage paid for by a carrier’s insurance. All Melinda has to do is contact the carrier’s insurance (which we have provided to her) and follow the process. She has been advised on how to proceed. She was advised prior to booking an order with us as to vehicle inspection reports and their importance.
Customers do not have the right to turn us into pond scum because insurance companies have regulations!
