I called on behalf of my employer on a Friday literally 5 minutes before they closed and the man that helped me (I forgot his name because it has been about a month and a half) stayed around an extra hour so that I could go to the bank to deposit the money and go to the UPS store to use their fax machine.

The pickup was early, hassle free and very professional.

I only handled the pickup but my the guy who received the car only had good things to say.

The car was part of a move from Cali to Florida and we loaded the car full with almost 1/2 ton of tools(About $15,000 worth), a 42 inch plasma TV, a computer and some other stuff and everything arrived in place and safely.

A+++
