I called AA in a pinch. Another company that I contracted with did not pick up my car at all and did not return my phone calls. The car is my son's who was flying home from college in California to New York where we live. We were in a real jam. I called AA and from the minute they got on the phone with me they said to relax and they could fix the problem. These [eople are true professionals and know their business and everyone in it. The reason I say that is within two hours of my call, my son's car was picked up. It does not get better than that. I think there are some really sleazy people in the car transport business but with AA you can have total confidence that they are honest and keep their word, and above all know their business inside and out. In the future this is the only company I would use.
