We are sorry that this customer is not happy. Had the vehicle been completely inspected upon delivery by their transport company, they would have been able to see any damage that might have occurred in transit rather than while it was parked in front of their house. Customers are advised in writing to do full inspections at pickup and delivery. That they did not inspect their vehicle properly at delivery does not justify giving AA-Automovers a bad review and 0 stars.
