The pricing seemed fair based on three other quotes. However, the pickup time was before the promised time by 12 hours, and the actual delivery was before the earliest committed date by 24 hours! This could have been a disaster if we had not arrived at the delivery destination 1-day prior to our initial plan. The driver was courtious and professional with handling our car, but the administration by AA and Coastal should be classified as "big on promises with the total service times, but lousy on delivery"!
