DONT EVER USE AUTOMOVERS IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE DELIVERED ON TIME. I contacted AA-automovers to find a carrier to pick up my minivan from NJ to WA, I purchased a gold service which should take five days to pick up the car. At first when you are asking about how the aotumovers work they are so kind but after you sign the paper work the nightmare will began. They will give you promises beyond your dreams, they will inform you that three carriers are ready to pick up your car. I have an email that can prove that. They will not work on it until you call them and ask for update/status which is usually too late for your car to be pick up on time. Because they know that you are in need of your car desperately, they will brought out to your attention that in order to move your car on time you need to pay extra 100$ which is very UNPROFFESIONAL and UNETHICAL. They tell me that they will shoulder the extra 100$ after some argument and the car can be pickup on the last day of the contract (five days). It sounds good at first, but as expected .... YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE PICKED UP!!! and you will be in a lot trouble if you are expecting your car to arrive on time in the destination. LESSON learn DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER sometimes the COVER is too good to be true which is always the opposite of what INSIDE...

What could be more professional and ethical than to wipe out profit to our company in order to help the customer get his vehicle moved? Surely the absurdity of Mr. Escano’s statements is clear to the reader. Mr. Escano’s shipment was for a move from NC to Bellevue, WA – a difficult one as there is not a great deal of freight to WA to begin with and because the gas crisis for truckers has created a shortage of drivers. If there are drivers still handling the route to WA, they will take only the highest paying shipments. When the shipment didn’t move we advised the customer to raise the COD but he refused. We then took $100 of our fee and moved it to the COD price to bring about a raise in the COD without there being an increase in total price to the customer. The vehicle still did not move. The order expired without any charge to the customer.
