There are many ‘misstatements’ in this negative review. We were not contracted to move Mr. Sostrich’s truck on February 8. We were contracted on February 8 to locate a carrier company that would pick up his vehicle during a pickup period he agreed to and that was 2/21 through 2/27 and we began working on his shipment on February 8. He was advised that his destination location, Shelton, WA, (NW Washington State) did not see a great deal of freight. He was updated often. When his pickup period ended, he did not extend our agreement. He was never charged any fee. We do not ‘earn dollars in advance.’ We earn dollars after our service is completed. We are confident that readers can easily see that Mr. Sostrich’s comments about us in an internet environment are a reflection of his ignorance of the auto transport industry rather than poor work on our part.
