Although the price was better than most, I was just disappointed in the pick up date. After stating numerous
times the best date would have been on the Tues, pick up was on Thur which meant the car did not arrive to the
destination till Monday and my daughter was without a car for 1 1/2 days. I wish they could have said, that we cannot
get someone there on the specified date even though I know there was a timeframe in which they worked in. Also it was stated to me that the driver that picked up the car would be the same one dropping if off. Not true. The driver told me he was dropping it off in Indiana and that that someone else would take it to Illinois from there. On a good note, she did get the car in good condition and nothing was missing. I think next time I will either drive the car myself to the destination or work with the transport company directly.
