Overall a very good experience. I was nervous about shipping a car for the first time and spent a little extra to go with AA Auto & Home because they seemed more credible than some of the cheaper options and a friend had had a good experience with them. Really the only negative was that it was a little unclear when the car was going to be picked-up. Three days into the pick-up window I still had heard nothing from the carrier. However, the problem was resolved quickly once I contacted AA, the car was picked-up within the window, and delivered promptly with no damage. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
