They ended my nightmare!

I contracted with another company 4 weeks prior to having my mother's car shipped from Venice, FL to Centerville, MA. The company I hired was supposed to pick up the car on 7/15/11. They were informed that it could be no later then that date as I was flying back to MA after selling my mother's house. They never showed and never called! The broker gave me 10 different stories. In frustration (after flying back to MA) I got online Sunday night, 7/17. The next morning I was contacted by AA Automovers who informed me that M&A Trucking would be contacting me and that a driver would be out (at a specified time) to pick up the vehicle on 7/19. They were true to their word and even earlier then specified. I am so thankful. Their driver was a wonderful person and sweet to deal with. If you need car transport use this company. They are professional, honest, straight forward, communicative and, above all, true to their word! Sue L., Centerville, MA
