I recently had the opportunity to move a car from California to New York. My son had signed up with another transport service and was promised a move within 1 week. After waiting approximately 3 weeks nothing had happened to move our jeep. I contacted Eric Pfeiffer at AA Auto and Home Movers. He gave me a quote, explained the process and why the company my son had originally signed up with most likely used a typical bait and switch move to get customers in at a low price and then have nothing happen until the move price originally quoted is increased to a competitive rate. All of this was done in a very professional manner for I did not know the name of the other company that my son had used so Eric was just demonstrating his knowledge of the industry and the typical pitfalls customers who are not familiar with how things work can run in to. The quote given by Eric was extremely competitive and within 2 days of going with AA Auto and Home Movers we had a moving van at our house picking up a car to deliver to my son across the country. I give AA Auto and Home Movers a 5 star rating and would use them and recommend them anytime to move cars and would even try them for a home move.
