No service and no refund

I moved from New Hampshire to Arkansas first part of Nov 2010. I place the order with AAA All-Star Discount Auto Transporters in early Oct 2010 with a $200 deposit.

As moving time got closer I sent emails and either didn't get any answers or got we are trying to find a shipper. I call once and got this very rude guy that basically said at that price we can't tell you when it will be shipped.

I made arrangement with neighbors to take care the departing end and we took off for Arkansas.
My wife came back to NH to clean up some things, so I was in Arkansas without limited
transportation of friends car.

As the weeks rolled on I offered to paid an addition $100, then $200, but they still couldn't find
a shipper. So I gave then a deadline of 3 Dec 2010 to ship or refund my deposit. The Dec 3 came
and went, so I ask for a refund which Lisa said would take 7-10 days on email dated Dec 6, 2010.

As of today Feb 16, 2011 I have not seen any refund and they are no longer answering my email.

I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and their state AG.

WE WERE IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION BY EMAIL AND BY PHONE WITH CUSTOMER DARRYL WAGONER. WE HAD A TRUCK AND DRIVER THAT WAS DISPATCHED FOR PICK UP. WHEN THE DRIVER CALLED DARRYL WAGONER, HE SAID, "I AM GOING TO PASS, I CHANGED MY MIND". WITH EPIC BLIZZARDS, MONSTER STORMS, BLACK ICE AND HAIL, SUB ZERO TEMPERATURES AND 2 FEET OF SNOW ON THE GROUND IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE THAT HE TOLD THE DRIVER FORGET IT. HE MADE A COLOSSAL MISTAKE. WE WORKED SO HARD AND GOT THIS CAR ASSIGNED AT A PHENOMENALLY CHEAP RATE AND HE SAID "I'M GOING TO PASS". THIS CAR WAS GOING FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE TO ARKANSAS AND ALL THE STATES IN BETWEEN AND HE SAID HE WILL PASS, TO THE DRIVER.
