I received about 10-15 quotes from transport companies, AAA was the lowest at $549 for Enclosed Transport (would have been $349 open carrier). Other companies charged $750-$1100 for the same service. I read reviews on line and called to speak with Lisa from AAA. She was great! Walked me through the whole process, even following up with me on her personal, off the clock, time. She emailed me the paperwork on Thursday (3/26), I faxed it back with my $99 deposit later that day. I informed her that my vehicle would be available for pick up the next week (3/30). My car was picked up in Los Angeles on 03/31. I recieved a call from my delivery driver on 04/02 informing me he hoped to be in my area at 12p the following day. He called me twice on 04/03 with progress reports and had my car delivered to my door at 1:30pm - only 1.5 hours after his est arrival time from the day before! I was quite impressed! The driver, Dimitry, was absolutely wonderful and friendly and my car was pristine in his enclosed trailer. I cannot express my gratitude enough in this situation. The car I had shipped to me has enormous sentimental value and I cannot begin to tell you all how stressful it was worrying about it making it safely to me. My experience with AAA was perfect.
