This is my first post here and following is the response I got :

Never under any circumstances use these scam artists for anything. I contacted them in 11/09/11 to transport a Ford pickup. After almost a month of phone calls and e-mails - several of which went un-returned - I finally got them to commit to a pick-up date. I was told either Fri or Sat the truck would be picked up. On Fri night I called to confirm this and was told it had never been assigned. I then told Paul I wanted my deposit refunded to which he said "No refunds" and promptly hung up on me. I called back and left a message and he called me back. I was then told they had a driver to pick up the truck on Sat afternoon, but since I wanted it "on short notice" the price was going from $699 (minus the $149 deposit) to $1200. I did not set this date - they did. I told them "No - you told me $699" and was abruptly hung up on again. I contacted the BBB about these crooks but they are useless too. If you use this "company" all you are doing is lining their cheating pockets with your hard-earned money that you will never see again and never see any results

The only liar/theif and crook is BRIAN WARREN (wonder why he didn't post his last name??) Not sure what Brian Warren issue is, but since he was paid to write a negative review as a compensated reviewer by competitor, the facts go out the window at that point, since Brian Warren is running his own scam and profiting on his lies. The facts remain we did have a carrier for him, at the quoted price; but since he double booked and got baited by the lies of a competitor he wanted to cancel with us, after we worked on his order and found a carrier to transport his pick up truck for him. As stated over in over in many positive reviews from non compensated reviews, we are a hard working, dependable company with happy wonderful customers, - - don't let the paid lies of Brian Warren sour them. Especially enjoy the part of the review that he upset with the BBB also!


Now .... I have no intention of making this a huge deal but these people are nothing but liars. I have never been involved in any type of scam , I have never received the first penny for any review and I have no idea what they think I am doing. "The fact remains we did have a carrier..." They never mentioned a carrier until about amonth after it was supposed to have been scheduled.
...." since he double booked and got baited by the lies of a competitor.... " I did not contact anyone else about shipping the truck to me. I don't knoe for sure what they mean by "double booked" but if it was done AAA All-Star was th one that doouble booked it. The real truth if the matter is - they quoted me $699 to deliver the truck and when they finally did schedule it - they raised thier price almost double to $1200. Since they want to talk about compensation it appears to me they are paying for their "postive" reviews.

Not sure what Brian Warren issue is, but since he was paid to write a negative review as a compensated reviewer by competitor, the facts go out the window at that point, since Brian Warren is running his own scam and profiting on his lies. Now that we called him on the compensated part, he has altered to review to show not compensated, very convenient for him. The facts remain we did have a carrier for him, AT THE QUOTED PRICE ! ; but since he double booked and got baited by the lies of a competitor he wanted to cancel with us, after we worked on his order and found a carrier to transport his pick up truck for him. As stated over in over in many positive reviews from non compensated reviews, we are a hard working, dependable company with happy wonderful customers, - - don't let the paid lies of Brian Warren sour them. Especially enjoy the part of the review that he upset with the BBB also!
