I contacted Mike about transporting a car from out of state to the Bay Area. After providing him the basic facts, he immediately gave me a quote, which was very competitive, and informed me we could schedule it as soon as it was ready. About a week later, I told him it was ready and within an hour he contacted me with options for pickup and drop off days/times to choose from. I chose the best combination that worked for me, we got it scheduled, and the pick up and drop off later that week went off without a hitch. Mike stayed in contact with me throughout to ensure everything went smoothly, and followed up after to ensure everything met my expectations, which they 100% did.
