I picked this company to ship my antique vehicle because they quoted me the lowest price by several hundred dollars. I should have known right then that was something wrong with them.

I scheduled a one day round-trip flight to be there when the vehicle was supposed to be picked up so I could be there to hand the driver cash and sign off on the vehicle's condition. I made it very clear when I was scheduling the pick-up that I would only be there for a five hour window because I was flying in from out-of-town and then flying right back.

After I landed, I called to see when the driver might be coming and they told me he might show up on a different day and they would call me back to let me know later. They acted like it was the first time I ever mentioned that I would only be there for one day. They had no apologies, and tried to hide behind some fine print that states they don't guarantee pick-up times. And apparently they don't guarantee showing up at all.

Not only did the driver not come on that day, he didn't ever attempt to come afterward, and no one has called me since. This was four days ago. If they would have let me know a day in advance that they couldn't make it, that would have made a big difference. I might have been able to make other arrangements. I called them the day before to let them know the vehicle was definitely be running and they did not mention they were having trouble finding a carrier. Now my vehicle is still in a different state and I just flew out there for nothing.

We attempted several times to reach out to Mr. Dante to rectify the situation for him unfortunately we were unable to accommodate Mr. Dante's timeline. Although we would like to point out we always specify in writing and verbally that we can't guarantee pick up dates, which during our conversation with Mr. Dante he also said he understood. Unfortunately in this case we were unable to meet Mr. Dante's 5 hour pick up window.
