Experience was ok. this was my first time having my car shipped so I wouldn't have another shipper to compare to. The only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star is because the vehicle was NOT shipped with in the original time frame (1-7 days) or the original price (250-300). I was later told that my route is touch route and that I would have to move the price up in order for drivers to head that way. So I was put in position to raise the price or you vehicle would probably stay there for a while. I was never informed of this prior to signing even though I could have pull out at any time because I didn't really get charged until vehicle was moved but at this point it would mean I have to wait additional days dealing with another shipper.so I took the bullet of paying to have my car move at sticker price of 425. But everything after that point went smoothly. Vehicle was picked/dropped when they indicate and form was clear and straight to the point on what was getting charge on my card and what I was going to give to driver.
