Overall the experience was ok, the contact person with the trucking company called me at almost midnight my time to tell my the car would be picked up the following morning at 7:30 - the car didn't end up getting picked up in the morning. No one called me until I called that afternoon to be informed that they had an issue with another pick up; which is understandable but I should have received a phone call since a business partner in Kansas was assisting us with the shipment and I needed to let him know. The day of pick up the car was finally picked up around 5:00. The estimated drop off time was 4-5pm; I again received no phone calls to inform me the shipment was to be late until I called (we are only in our office until 5:00pm) I was then informed the car would not be dropped off until 6-6:30...the car didn't show up until almost 7:00. The quality of shipment was fine, the car came back in one piece and was just dirty from the open trailer it was hauled on. In short the experience was more stressful then I would have liked so I would suggest the company look into bettering their customer service and communication with the customer. With shipments I don't expect everything to go smoothly as planned but I DO expect the company to keep in touch with me and let me know what is going on so that we can in turn plan for these things. Would I recommend this company? I can't say that I would or I wouldn't because the experience was pretty mediocre and for me to recommend I feel as though it should be a stellar experience.
