What the average person that has never had a car transported by a "professional" and I use that word lightly doesn't know is that they tell you they'll be there to pick your car up in 3 to 4 days and then either don't answer the phone or make wild excuses all the while they have your deposit and have wasted your valuable time. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for my cars to be picked up I was forced to look elsewhere only to find the same thing (but I bought into hook line and sinker) now I'm on my 3rd company and we'll see what happens with that. I gave this company a 1 because "they said" they will refund my $200. deposit and if it's anything like their claim to pick my cars up in 3 to 4 days, I guess I'll be waiting a while. I think Horseless Carriage and FedEx are the best. Good luck and if you don't have patience at the end of an ordeal like this you'll at least be crazy and not care!
