This was the first time I used the auto transport service and after researching over the internet I was very skeptical about the whole process. I received so many calls from the transport companies but when John from A1 Logistics called he sounded the person I could trust. He was very honest and straight forward and explained me the process in details. He wasn't there just to complete the transaction but there to provide great service and customer satisfaction. He was patient enough to answer all my questions and also after I told him i would go ahead with their company. He called and followed up to make sure everything is going well. I had my car transported from cali to ohio and the driver was good too. He would pick up the phone every time I called and updated me about where he was and estimated the arrival time. Overall, perfect service and on time delivery and very reasonable price. Thats what I was looking for and thats what I received. Thank you A1 logistics.
