Ok two weeks ago booked with them to pick up vehicle. Went with them cause they "own" the trucks to transport. Was told 1-3 days pick up time needed. Waited and waited. Kept being told vehicle should be picked up the next day. After a while of this I told them either pick up the vehicle or I would go else where, I was told they found a truck and he is picking up the vehicle TODAY. This was 6/30. Nobody showed up. First of all. They brokered out my deal with them. They stress on their website they are they "owners" of the vehicles. That is true, but they mainly BROKER them. They don't tell you that. Their customer service was annoying and seemed to be bothered by my phone calls. I would be put on hold for 5-7 mins every phone call and then given an attitude. I do not recommend this company. I feel they are selling you a false security of having the "own" the trucks. They only thing positive is that I didn't lose any money that is it......
