After placing the order with Mike the salesrep who promised me the
car would be picked up the following week and three weeks of waiting
and calling without a dispatch, I cancelled the order.

These people are very rude and never return a phonecall. The content of their websites is completely misleading. The are quick to
charge your creditcard but never deliver the service. Never experienced
a more unprofessional company. Call them and be on hold for 20 minutes, get disonnected, unintested and rude answers. If you ask
for management you will simply NOT be connected.
