No Service, No Refund, and No Response

I have ordered expedited auto transport service (order #42541) from the A1 Auto Logistics, also known as American Transport Depot. The vehicle should have been picked up within 5 days, but only times I got the response from the company were when I got quote, when I made payment, and when I requested full refund if he could not deliver his service. The last short e-mail was more than 10-days ago, after 8 days from making full payment, that he was working diligently towards getting the vehicle picked up as soon as possible. I have sent cancellation ans request of full refund messages after that, but there has been no response since then. I should have checked the company reviews prior to placing an order with the company.
