First, I am NOT an auto transport broker. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
I will confirm a majority of the other poor reviews of this company. They are all very accurate. This is unboubtably a bait and swithch company. I am embrassed that I allowed myself to deal with them knowing that something was amiss when they wanted my routing number to take their fee directly from my checking account. The order was placed on March 23 and the vehicle has not been picked up to date. They never answer their phones and on occasion return phone messages. They do return emails but only to tell you that they need more money to expedite your order without any other information. I upped the ante by offering to drive the vehicle to an easier pickup location near the interstate and collect the vehicle at the interstate near the destination city and offering a $100 bonus for pickup withn the next 7 days. It seems that A1 did not put any of the notes in the order so the board did not reflect my concessions but they did however up the price on the board by $50 attempting to keep the other $50 for themselves.

I fully intend to file a complaint with the Fort Wayne police department for fraud and intent to commint theft and then I plan to send this review to every possible source in hopes that people will not book with this company.

Oh wait, but there is more. I also plan to add to the complaints already placed with the DOT against their license #1826718 in hopes that the DOT will consider assisting putting an end to this unscrupulous company.
