I booked the transport right after Christmas and was assured the car would be picked up in a few days. I had several conversations with Adam before I signed the contract and paid my deposit. They had a good price and their ads promise that they will deliver- unlike the other sleazy operators that will just take your deposit, leave your car stranded and maybe even ask for more money. Well they did take my deposit, leave my car stranded and said it would probably take more money. I waited a couple of weeks with no contact and then emailed Adam who said they were still "working" on it. After that I still never had any contact so I emailed every week or ten days and got assurances each time that they were indeed working hard to get the car picked up and it should be soon. After 7 weeks I emailed Adam and he emailed back for me to email another address as they could better let me know what was happening. I emailed asking for a progress report. Tim emailed back with:
"Ricky,
We are still working on this one. There are many factors slowing this down including inclement weather and rising fuel costs. We may have to offer more money to the truck. I know this is never a popular suggestion , but it seems necessary at this point.What are your thought.Thanks,Tim
After all that time, with the car not moving and me stuck with this nothing shipper, I finally cancelled the order and now have to start anew to try to get it moved. There has been bad weather and fuel prices went up for a little bit and then went back down. But this amount of time indicates to me that this company doesn't do much of anything and runs a sleazy company. They apparently are in buisness to live on my deposit money. Scam artists.....
