Never pick the lowest quote you receive. At first I truely thought Adam was telling me the truth. Their initial correspondence with me stated that if my vehicle wasnt shipped within 10 business days, they would ship at a discount. Well those ten days came and went. Adam never communicated with me unless I called and even then most of the time he wouldn't answer (probably screens his calls). Not only did they refuse to give me a discount as stated, they asked me to pay the driver an extra $100 upon delivery in order to give the carriers "bait to bite on" and expedite the process! Out of pure desperation for my vehicle, I agreed because Adam stated my vehicle would be picked up by that week. That week also came and went with not even one update from Adam as far as the status! So no we are at week 4 and I finally called Adam and asked to speak to his so called supervisor. Mysteriously our phone call disconnected and Adam never answered my phone calls or emails again. Luckily I am military and used my travel credit card company to dispute the charge for my refund. Please please please stay away from this company! I think Adam is the only employee that works there. I had tried every option to get a hold of anyone at their 1 800 number. Nobody ever answered when I called, just a voicemail since Adam was avoiding me!
