I have contacted the company many times and they never got me shipment confirmed for a long period of time. After time past (way over a month) I contacted a new carrier and they got my car shipped very fast. a1 told me the deposit was $95.00 and would not be taken until the shipment was confirmed. i checked my bank account and they took the deposit out and never did a thing for me. after i got my truck shipped from another company I called (a1) for my deposit back and he said it would take a few weeks for me to get it back (why that long?? I have no clue) and he never sent me my $95.00 refund... now he is trying to say he cant give me my refund. the deposit is only suppose to be taken when you do work not when you do nothing for the customer. i would not refer this company. they are not disrespectful over the phone but never follow through with order..
