This was the first time I had a car transported from Massachusetts to florida. My mother in law had been using a different firm and was not happy. I looked through the reviews at this web site and chose A to Z Auto Shipping. Andrea was very clear with her instructions and quickly sent all the forms I needed. As soon as we selected a pick up date she said that the carrier company would call me and arrange for a pickup site. The truck driver kept in constant contact with me and we agreed on a location near my home for me to drive my car to and he then proceeded to load the car. Once the car was secured and the truck left, a friend of mine who lives in florida was the 'pickup' person. Once again that carrier kept in touch with her and they met on a road right next to my condo. The car was unloaded, undamaged and the carrier was very polite. I would use them again for shipping a car to or from florida.
