I inherited a 1978 VW Bettle Convertible from a friend in AZ. I had to fly in from WI and had only a 4-day window to arrange pick-up. After unsuccessfully working for 2 weeks with 2 other brokers to arrange a driver, I contacted A to Z Auto Shipping on the day prior to leaving for AZ. I explained the situation to Andrea. Her customer service skills were the best I had encountered up to this point, and she appeared to take ownership of the issue. 4 hours later, Andrea called me back and indicated that she found me a driver who would be willing to pick up my car the very next day. After explanining to her that my plane would not arrive in AZ until noon, she callled the driver on another line, and we worked out a convenient time for pickup. Later the same night, Vicky from Huffine Transport called me to verify the pick-up arrangements. The next day, Jeff Huffine (the driver) called me 1 hour before our agreed upon pick-up time. Even though the car would not idle on its own, Jeff drove it onto the carrier without a problem. The transport would take 10-14 days, but Jeff could not give me an exact date, which was fine with me. A day before the drop off (11 days after pick-up), Jeff called and we arranged for a convenient drop-off time. Again, Jeff was right on time. At the last minute, I decided to change the drop-off location. Jeff worked with me to get the car to my mechanic at a busy intersection in the safest manner possible.
Overall, it was a pleasure working both with Andrea at A to Z Auto Shipping and Jeff at Huffine Transport. I would definitely use them for my future auto transport needs and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
