The nature of this damage is not a transport related damage. Our drivers and/or equipment are incapable of damaging such a delicate piece without causing damage to the vehicle itself. Additionally, we actually did provide some compensation, even though we were not liable for the damage. As far as dates and times go, we were on track in terms of the given dates for pick up and delivery. As far as times go, these are completely variable and truly out of our control. We conduct our updates with our customers a day before pick up and delivery and indicate a time of day. Our customer asked for a specific time, so we gave an estimated time. To reiterate, estimated. Finally, our company uses 10 car haulers. It is nearly impossible to maneuver into residential streets without damaging equipment, customer vehicles, and/or public property. This is why we ask our customers to meet off of major highways/streets or large parking lots that are convenient for both parties.
