First and foremost, we apologize for causing an inconvenience to our customer.
This customer, and about 4 other customers on the same truck load, were contracted to our company though AA Auto&Home Movers; unfortunately, this brokerage company ran out of business. Consequently, this company closed up shop with money owed to our company and money charged from customers before the transport was ever completed. We then explained our situation that we had lost a large amount of money to this company alone. Since AA Auto&Home Movers had been unresponsive for almost a month, we asked our customers to dispute their credit card charges and instead, pay us the deposit amount they had originally given the broker. We only asked our customers to pay us for the full transport amount. All of our customers happily cooperated, were thankful of our honesty, and respected our decision.
