This was my first time using an auto transport service. After researching and contacting several companies I settled on Across USA Auto Transport. I booked the transport,with Ryan, on Monday evening and , lucky for me,I got a call Tuesday morning that a carrier was in the area that could transport my car.
Cristian was very courteous and professional. He put my mind at ease about the transport. Within a half hour my car was loaded on a very well maintained enclosed carrier and on it's way.
My son who was recieving the car in California called Cristian on Saturday and was given a very accurate approximation on a delivery time. Cristian even recommended he call on Monday to re- confirm the time.
On Tuesday my son recieved a call with a more pinpoint time. The car was unloaded quickly and in the same condition that it was loaded. I can not express how happy I was with the experience.
