Sheer Excellent experience from beginning to end!

I spent at least 24 hours researching and searching the internet high and low for a reliable Car transportation company for my friend, who hired a company over two weeks ago for their move from Maryland to Florida. UGH, after the original Car transport company carelessly and slipshoddingly dropped the ball several times and didn't even show up on moving day nor bother to call (just left my friend hanging in a lurch) wow, didn't even bother to call as they had promised and finally when they did call (the next day) with lame excuses AFTER my friend had already left on the road to their new relocation. I called A Florida Direct as a last resort (because they didn't have many reviews), and spoke to Michael. I told him I was exhausted trying to find a good car transport company, and that everyone else told me it would be at LEAST 3-7 days before they could have the car picked up. I spoke to at least 40 different companies.

I explained to Mike that my friends were closing on their new home on the 19th of August 2009 (this was the 18th) and they needed the car ASAP.

He told me in such a calm, reassuring and caring manner that he would get the car to them in time, and NOT to worry-he said
"I PROMISE I'LL GET YOUR FREIND THEIR CAR IN SUPER QUICK TIME AND HE GREAT SAFE AND SOUND CONDITION". I found that hard to believe after contacting and researching so MANY other companies. That AFTERNOON (on the 18th of August), Mike called me back to tell me someone would be here within the next HOUR and a half- what a miracle!!!!!!!!!

UNBELIEVABLEY GOOD NEWS- especially when EVERYONE else I spoke to said it's nothing they could do to get it there quickly at all! Sure enough, I get a call from another kindly gentleman named Ray (whom worked with Mike), saying he was within an hour of my home and would see me soon. Ray was such a caring and professional person. He loaded my friend's beautiful car with TLC. The car arrived BEFORE we even expected and needless to say, we are all thrilled. I'd highly recommend this company. BTW, the price was comparable and even LOWER than the multitude of quotes I'd gotten from many others.

Also, these PROS are so tremendous, Mike NEVER asked for a credit card nor anything- just kindly and super cooly asked who would be paying, me or the owners. No pressure at all and once again, an absolute pleasure to to business with!

Way to go A Florida Direct...YOU GUYS ROCK...THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE and RAY!
