EXAMPLE OF COMPANY THAT CHEATS AND LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

We scheduled a pick up for our daughter's vehicle back in November 2008 - she is currently in the military and in need of her vehicle.
After waiting 3 weeks, the vehicle was never picked up. JUAN kept saying the driver was "on the way". I requested a refund and it is now May 19, 2009 and still no refund.

I have called TWICE per week since December 2008 as I was told that Margarite (Accts Payable) works only twice during each week. Margarite has CONSISTENTLY lied about my check being mailed.

The other LIARS in this company include: JOHN, ED, LAURA, VANESSA, CATHY..............

It is sad they have to cheat people to make a living. When we first posted our remarks, they immediately called me (shock) and said to remove my comments and they would have a check mailed in a week - that was over 3 months ago!! Still no check!!!

Often times they were rude and would hang up when I would ask for their names.

To ALL customers considering using AE for their transport needs, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will continue to do whatever I can to get the message out there -including taking LEGAL ACTION against them. They are messing with the wrong people. We are already getting emails from other customers that were cheated and they want to hear about our experience. AE - if you think you can continue to do this to people, you will soon find how it will all catch up..

It's to bad that our daughter lost her money - which she can really use right now being deployed overseas. I just don't want anyone else to be cheated and strung along for so long. I trusted what JOHN and MARGARITE told us, and it's a disgrace that they are still in business and continue to CHEAT and STEAL from people.
