Never, never, never hire this company to do anything! They are a bunch of liars and crooks. For 3 weeks they have given me the run around for my refund. They constantly lie to you on the phone! They should be arrested, and have the key thrown away. Stupid me, I hire them on October 9, to move a truck from Minnesota to Connecticut. That is where my problems began. They told me the truck would be picked up that Sunday and it never was. They never returned any of my phone calls. After numerous disappointments on moving my trucks. I canceled the contract with them on October 29. I then hired another company which moved the truck within 3 days. AEC were very quick in taking my deposit and the rest of the money a day later, but till this day November 4, I still can not get in touch with anyone so I can get a refund. All they know how to do is lie to you, swear at you and try to belittle you. This is a bunch of New York thugs! I am going to go after their bond to get the rest of my money, and contact the Attorney General of New York and the BBB to put in a complaint in about this company. So do yourself a favor and get a reputatable company to do what you need, it will save you money and aggrevation in the long run.
