Horrible experience

I let them know when I contacted them that the car had to be picked up on June 3rd r earlier as we were leaving Florida on the 4th. They promised me, repeatedly that the car would be picked up b that date.They were were rude and totally disrespectful when I called on the 3re and basically told me it would be picked up when it was picked up. I had to make last minute arrangements to leave the car at a friends and then they repeatedly made promises to pick up the car, before it was finally picked up. They also told me they were going to take a $250 deposit from my checking account and the balance would be due upon delivery. They wound up taking the entire amount out of my checking account on May 19th, which means they had full payment 1 month before delivery. The trucker, himself was great, but had no connection to A Eastern Connection. I would never use these people again and highly recommend that nobody uses them. I do not, normally, write negative reviews but in this case I felt it necessary to do
