On June 7,2010 we hired this company to ship a car to California for my daughter who was moving out there for a new job. The company at first was very helpful and promised the car would be picked up at the end of the week. They also said it would take 7-10 business days. This fit into the plan,as my daughter would be out there at the time of the car. The company immediately debited by checking account the $ 905. Then the car wasn't picked up on the scheduled day. After calling, was given an excuse that it wasn't on the roster and would be picked up the next day. Again, it wasn't. When we questioned and wanted to cancel we were told it would be a $250 charge.We decided to wait the extra day, as the car needed to be there within the 2 weeks. It was finally picked up, but after calling to ask the delivery date, my husband was told there was a delay.Excuses and excuses every time we called. The delay lasted until after all the excuses and the owner Greg telling me it was going to be shipped on July 6th. I requested the return of the car. I had to fax over a letter canceling contract and put my address on it for them to send the refund. We were then told to get in touch with the driver who picked up the car originally. It was in a remote area behind a building in a weed and dirt filled lot 35 miles from my home, with 2 other cars also waiting to be shipped to California. It then cost me another $1000 to ship the car. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General in NY. When is the government going to put them out of business. To date, we have not received the refund. They are thieves, liars and scammers..
