NEVER USE THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY

WHAT A BUNCH OF HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

WE ARE A DUAL MILITARY FAMILY WHO WERE CONTACTED BY A-BLUE KNIGHT AROUND MARCH 19, 2010, TO TRANSPORT TWO VEHICLES FROM CALIFORNIA TO SOUTH CAROLINA. THE PICK UP DATE WAS JUNE 24, 2010. UPON DISCUSSING THE TERMS OF THEIR CONTRACT MARGUERITE ASSURED ME THAT OUR VEHICLES WOULD BE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION AND WOULD BE ARRIVING IN SOUTH CAROLINA IN 12 TO 14 DAYS DUE TO THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND. FIRST IMPRESSION WAS A GOOD ONE. SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF $550 AND I DID SUCH BY CHECK. SHE WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS WHILE THE CONTRACT WAS BEING DRAFTED AND COMPLETELY ASSURED ME THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD THE URGENCY IN THE MATTER OF THE DELIVERY OF OUR CARS.

IN APRIL I RECIEVED A CALL FROM A MALE BY THE NAME OF JOHN ASKING FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID UPON THE DELIVERY OF THE CARS. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THEN THAT THIS COMPANY WAS UNRELIABLE. HOW COULD THIS MALE TELL ME THAT WE HAD TO PAY IN FULL WITHOUT THE SERVICES BEING RENDERED IN FULL. HE TRIED EVER SO DILIGENTLY TO PERSUADE ME TO PAY BECAUSE HE CLAIMED THAT FUEL COSTS WOULD POSSIBLY FORCE THEM TO INCREASE THE PRICE OF THE TRANSPORT. WHEN I RETURNED HIS CALL AND TOLD HIM ABSOLUTELY NOT, THAT I WOULD NOT PAY UNTIL THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETE HE BECAME VERY NICE AND TOLD ME I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY AND THE PICK UP DATE WAS GOOD TO GO.

A MONTH BEFORE PICK UP I CALL TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS ON TRACK WITH PICK UP AND I GET A ALL CLEAR FROM THE FEMALE WHO PICKS UP THE PHONE. THREE WEEKS OUT THE SAME RESPONSE. TWO WEEKS OUT THE SAME RESPONSE. ONE WEEK OUT THE FEMALE SAYS "TENTATIVELY" THE 24TH OF JUNE. I EXPLAIN THAT MARGUERITE WAS AWARE THAT WE NEEDED THE VEHICLES PICKED UP ON TIME BECAUSE MY FAMILY AND I WERE LEAVING CALIFORNIA THE 28TH. SHE ASSURED ME THE VEHICLES WOULD BE PICKED UP ON TIME.
THE 23RD OF JUNE I CALL AND THE HELL BEGINS. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE PICKS UP, I ASK FOR A STATUS ON MY PICK UP FOR THE NEXT DAY AND SHE CHANGES HER TONE TO A NASTY ONE. I BET SHE DIDNT EXPECT ME TO RAISE MY VOICE BECAUSE AS SOON AS I DID SHE STOOD SHUT AND GOT A PIECE OF MY MIND. I MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WAS IN GOOD FAITH THAT I MADE THIS CONTRACT WITH THEM AND WHEN THEY WANTED TO GET A DESPOSIT AND THE CONTRACT THEY WERE NICE BUT NOW THEY WERE ACTING UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE PASSES THE PHONE OFF TO JOHN WHO I CAN IMAGINE IS A GOOD FOR NOTHING SITTING AT A DESK NOT DOING HIS JOB, WHO TELLS ME WHY DONT I JUST LEAVE MY CARS WITH SOMEONE AT THE MILITARY BASE WE WERE AT UNTIL HE FINDS A DRIVER AND I LOST MY MIND. I HAD TO INFORM HIM THAT IT IS NOT HIS DECISION TO TELL ME TO LEAVE MY CAR WITH ANYONE EXCEPT THE PEOPLE HE CONTRACTS TO MOVE OUR VEHICLES. I THEN REMIND HIM WE ARE A DUAL MILITARY FAMILY IN NEED OF THE SERVICES WE CONTRACTED AND NOTHING LESS AND HE ASSURES ME MY VEHICLES WOULD BE PICKED UP. AFTER DOING MORE IN DEPTH RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY I FIND OUT THAT ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BE BEING ACREDITED BY THE BBB AND THAT THEY ARE AS UNRELIABLE AS THE WEATHER.

FRIDAY THE 25TH OF JUNE WE GET A CALL FROM A DRIVER THAT OUR VEHICLES WILL BE PICKED UP WITHIN THE HOUR (MIND YOU AS PER A-BLUE KNIGHT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO GET A CALL 6-8 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK UP) AND WE FIGURE THAT EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT AS IT SHOULD.

AFTER WAITING A TOTAL OF 3 WEEKS AND HEARING LIE AFTER LIE FROM THAT HORRIBLE FEMALE WHO PICKS UP (516)6289156 AND TALKING TO THAT HORRIBLE MALE JOHN I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE FEMALE TOLD ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OUR VEHICLES WERE IN TRANSIT, THEN THEY WERE DELAYED AND THEN JOHN SAID THE VEHICLES WERE IN TRANSIT AND THEN HE HAD CONTRACTED TWO DRIVERS THAT ENDED UP NOT GETTING THE VEHICLES. WHEN HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE TWO DRIVERS IT WAS ON JULY 13 AND I LOST MY MIND. WE HAD BEEN TOLD THE VEHICLES HAD BEEN ENROUTE TO SOUTH CAROLINA BY THAT FEMALE ON JUNE 30TH. ON JULY 13TH I FIND OUT THE VEHICLES HAD BEEN SITTING IN A LOT IN GARDENIA, CALIFORNIA SINCE THE DAY THEY WERE PICKED UP.
I WAS COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. AND MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH JOHN WAS A COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ONE. HE HIMSELF SUGGESTED I CANCEL THE CONTRACT. HE EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT UPON MY HUSBAND CALLING HIM A FEW DAYS PRIOR HE HAD DISRESPECTED HIM. TRUTH BE TOLD, JOHN AND THE OTHER FEMALE ARE UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT THEY CAN TALK TO EVERYONE WHO CALLS THERE IN WHATEVER MANNER THEY WANT AND NO ONE WILL DEFEND THEMSELVES. JOHN IS RUDE AND IF HE THINKS THAT TALKING TO MYSELF OR MY HUSBAND IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER WILL RENDER US SILENCED HE IS MISTAKEN.

THE DAY AFTER I SENT MY CANCELLATION I RECIEVED A PHONECALL FROM THAT WRETCHED FEMALE AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT I INCURRED FEES AT THE HOLDING FACILITY WHERE A-BLUE KNIGHT KEPT MY VEHICLES. I LAUGHED AND SAID I WILL NOT PAY A DAMN CENT FOR ANYTHING BUT I WILL ENSURE THAT MY VEHICLES WILL BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY. I CALLED THE HOLDING FACILITY AND FORWARDED MY CANCELLATION TO THE GENTLEMEN THERE AND I REMINDED HIM THAT I DID NOT CONTRACT THEM AND IF THEY WERE LOOKING FOR PAYMENT A-BLUE KNIGHT WAS THE ONE TO PAY THEM.
I CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY AND WITHIN A WEEKS TIME THEY HAVE MANAGED TO GET MY VEHICLSE TO ME.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AND I WILL SURELY DO ALL I HAVE TO DO TO RECOUP THE MONEY THAT THEY TOOK FROM ME.
