Just a note to say all the bad reviews are correct, I would send my car by donkey, before I would use these people. I am in customer service and this person "John" who calls himself the "Operations Manager" what ever that means in his world, is one of the rudest, argumentative people I have ever spoken to. He has an instant attitude when he answers the phone, even before he knows who is on the line or what they require. I need not go into all the details, just they promised to pick up our truck on Friday, changed the date three times, when asked what the problem was,I was told in a very rude voice to read the contract I signed, I don't know how this man keeps a job, he must be very unhappy in his personal life. Again I am reinterating, don't use this company!
