My car was supposed to be picked up on Sep-09-2009 from Kansas. They postponed the date for over 3-4 weeks saying the carrier was not available and gave all useless reasons. I ended up paying 300 - 400$ for parking my vehicle in an autogarage. They never answered phone calls and once in blue moon we will be asked to leave a message for some concerned XYZ person, who will never reply back. I had to cancel the order and ask them for a refund. The only mistake I did was to paying them upfront. Its been like almost 3 months and everytime I call them they say the concerned person is Margarete and she is never available. Once in a blue moon if we get hold of her she hangs up the phone. I am totally sick of this company.
I see this Blue Knight have multiple names for cheating and most of the good reviews are by their own people. They are really rude in answering phone calls (hang up) and most of the time they say the refund department is closed and never call back after leaving 100's of messages.
I did approach a legal consumer court and I will be filing a complaint with my attorney. And I am willing to go as far as it takes until I get my refund back.I will not give up until I get back all my money.
