Here's my recent update with this soon to be out of business so called vehicle transport service. Today I received a overnite package from Fed-Ex. Inside I get a letter complaining about the things I said on this site to which I stand by today. The letter states here's a refund for the 2nd. time that they clipped my checking account in error. The letter goes on that I'm mad because they were late in picking up my vehicle, late they never showed nor did they ever intend to pick up my car. Their mistake was that I'm not just some other poor sucker that they can take advantage of. This guy is a thief and his company is a FRAUD. The only reason he made this effort to have the cashier's check sent out overnite is his desperate attempt to buy himself some time because he know's I'm not going away and will follow through with the legal steps I'm taking. His letter goes on that if I want to cancel my contract that I should notify his office in writing as my signed contract indicates. Funny thing is I never signed a contract and still have the unsigned originals in my possession. His other mistake was that when I hired his FRAUD company they were in my checking account most likely before I got off the phone with them. Again this was an unauthorized withdrawl and when I called their office three days after my vehicle was to be picked up and wasn't to complain he thought he would be a smartass and make a second unauthorized withdrawl. Anyone that's even thinking about using this company save yourself the problems and hire another company even though you will pay more. For those of you that have contacted me with your stories and problems with this company thank you and anyone else out there that needs to recover money and/or see this FRAUD company put out of business and the people put in jail feel free to get in touch with me. Lastly anyone defrauded by this clown DO NOT BE AFRAID of him, he's a punk coward that hides behind a phone,computer and letters in the mail.He talks a tough game but this clown couldn't be a gangster if Al Capone was his father.
