Tom. quotes you a low rate. then sends you a contract which presents itself as a downpayment toward shipment. Not only did shipper not come get the vehicle , I had to drive across town to deliver to him. Next, the shipper wont deliver the vehicle unless you pay cash on delivery for a fee $150 higher than the quote. These guys are total scammers. STAY AWAY!!!!
