The process of choosing which transport company to use was much more difficult than the actual transport of my 1977 Mercedes Benz 300D. I basically used Transport Reviews to narrow down the companies by the number of bad reviews posted, then I used A Across USA Auto Transport success of having 95% of their orders dispatched as a final determinate. It also didn't hurt that they also had the lowest bid by 50$. I will also say that they did not require me to post a review nor did I receive any consideration,such as a rebate for doing the review.

I was more than pleased to learn that within four hours of contracting with A Across USA Auto Transport,
I was emailed that the vehicle had already been dispatched for pick up the next day and that the driver would be calling my parents in Arizona to make the pick up arrangements. The driver kept my parents apprised of any changes in the pick up window, as their was one four hour delay as they had to wait to load another vehicle. The driver called me multiple times during the trip to keep me posted on their progress. Delivery was prompt and very professional. The key for me was to be flexible, it is not an exact science as we are dealing with the unknown of the other customers( there were seven other vehicles on the truck beside mine)and also equipment. Since I have one one experience to relate, either I was lucky, or A Across USA Auto Transport is a very reliable company. All transactions were by email,i only spoke to the driver after pick up.
