The driver contacted me and was in the area early. Two person team on the truck and the loading of the vehicle was professional. All tie downs done properly and my husbands baby was in good hands. We felt quite satisfied with the prompt, friendly and efficient service, on both ends.
ps....the driver actually relayed a message to my husbands daughter when he got there, going the extra mile for customer service says it all.
