This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was nervous because of all the horror stories I've heard about other companiers. Across USA salespersons were very friendly and understanding to all my needs. They contacted me as soon as my vehicle was scheduled onto a carrier and told me that the carrier would call me a day before pick up. The carrier contacted me 24 hours prior to pick up and made a time arrangement with me, which they met. My vehicle made it across country in only eight days with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend Across USA to anyone who is looking to ship a vehicle. Their friendly staff, quick responses to my questions, and the excellent carrier that they used made my car shipping experience a great one.
