As with all companies we do not have a 100% on time record with all of our tranports. When we have trouble moving vehicles we add our commision to the rate to make it more attractive to the carriers. That's all we can do. If we are unable to move a vehicle we refund the deposit. We do move over 95% of our orders which is the highest in the industry. I apologize for the bad service. The holiday weekend caused a lot of delays. In fact right now there are over 8000 vehicles across the country that are late being picked up. Fortunately only a couple of them our from our company.
